Our client, an established and leading Telecommunication Company, is looking to recruit experienced, young, energetic, and passionate professionals on the following positions.

Position:
Airtel Money Business Sales Officer
Role purpose:
The AM business officer will be Reporting to the B2B & Partnerships Manager, the role holder will be responsible for recruiting new AM Businesses for Specific Assigned Sectors, developing and delivering training programs on Airtel Money for Enterprise, conducting sales activities aimed at increasing customer and partner retention and growing transactional values and volumes of Airtel Money for enterprise customers.

✓ Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Sales, IT, Commerce or Administration or Equivalent
Experience
✓ 1 year of experience in B2B Sales/business development from financial and/or telecommunications will be an added advantage

Responsibilities Key Accountabilities
1. New AM Business recruitment- Primary Focus on AM Businesses recruitment ( Specific Sectors selling Collection Account and Disbursement Account Services
•Focus on recruiting AM Businesses/ Select target Businesses on Airtelthe money primarily Selling AM Collection Accounts, Disbursement
•Solution and other Enterprise Solutions to AM Businesses Select Focus Segments.
•Onboarding and KYC Vetting for Select Business Sectors
•Provide relevant Training for newly recruited Businesses.
•Support New Business operations to ensure continuous transactions from newly recruited businesses and
•On-site visits to High-Value Enterprise customers for training support

2.Planning and Support.
•Manage Client requests for Information on Airtel Money Enterprise Collections, Disbursement, and Mobile Banking partnerships.
•Manage Lead generation database from various sources and assign to the relevant teams for action
•Coordinate marketing activity with the designated trade marketing role holder to ensure visibility goals are attained including poster, dangler, sticker distribution to newly acquired merchant accounts, and other above-the-line or below-the-line activity; including working with internal and external teams to execute marketing objectives.
•Assist in the management of AM Enterprise projects under any one of the Business Development Managers.

3.Usage & retention to ensure an increase in revenue-earning customers
•Developing customer intimacy by conducting health checks on Airtel Money Enterprise Customers via phone and/or personal visits, Making sure that on boarded customers are using the Value in their Enterprise Accounts to reduce decrement.

4.Reporting
•Ensure weekly reports are submitted on time and work on any other reports as may be required as per the set timeline
•Ensure all training materials for products and services are delivered within the set deadline.
•Manage Daily Reports on Airtel Money Enterprise Collections and disbursements. To ensure qualitative and quantitative aspects of weekly performances are incorporated.

5.Stakeholder Engagement
•Engage with cross-functional stakeholders internal and external in carrying out the daily operations to ensure effective communication and updates on all the activities.
•Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
•Keep all relevant people informed of progress in work, present complex information and concepts in a way that is simple to understand
