Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance IT infrastructure solutions
- Install and configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems, and end-user devices
- Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates
- Support end users with hardware/software installations and connectivity
- Ensure Office 365, antivirus, and backups operate effectively
- Manage storage systems (SAN), virtualization, and backup technologies
- Provide incident support, escalate complex issues, and compile weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications
- Degree or Advanced Diploma in IT
- 3–5+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Strong LAN/WAN, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktops, laptops, servers, and storage systems
- Certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, CCNA are an added advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills
