This recruitment process is managed by the Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT) to ensure a transparent, merit-based, and regulator-compliant selection.

Minimum Eligibility
- Tanzanian citizenship.
- A relevant university degree.
- Fit-and-proper status as defined by the Insurance Act and the CMSA Code of Corporate Governance.
- Possession of an IoDT Certificate in Directorship or Mastery in Directorship qualification is a distinct advantage.
