Position: Customer Care RepresentativeAt Rightway Schools, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, ICT, Marketing or any related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, Empathy, interpersonal, Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ICT and good command of English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- A love for reading books will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) will be an added advantage.
- 3+ years of HR experience needed in the managerial role, preferably in educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Tanzanian Labor laws and safety regulations, proficiency in HRIS systems, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
- A love for reading books will be an added advantage
