Junior accountant responsible in analyzing balance sheets, prepare daily petty cashier book reports, maintain account receivable, prepare invoice, manage vender account, Petty cashier, update data in the system, and support team day to day duties.

  • Update financial data reports in data base to ensure availability when needed
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist processing balance sheets and other financial statements
  • Performing risk management by analyzing company’s liabilities
  • Cooperate with finance team in budget variations, investors, and financial analysis
  • Work on provided strategic decision based on accounting report to ensure cost management
  • Update financial statement on daily basis as instructed by supervisor
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and file invoice
  • Comply with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements
  • Bachelor degree of Accountant and finance, Business Administration

Your role will be to drive new business development across the Kilimanjaro Region. Taking the manned Guards and other security products and services to new clients requiring annual contracts or Short time contract for the servicing and maintenance of their service in general. You will target an annual figure of service and achieved contracts, acquiring new customers looking to renew or change from the current incumbent.
