Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect roofing materials and paint production while monitoring mixing and application processes.
- Perform quality tests such as thickness measurement and adhesion testing to ensure products meet specifications.
- Identify defects, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
- Ensure all roofing and coating works comply with safety regulations and relevant standards.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality documentation, and issue non-conformance reports.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in roofing or roof paint production supervision, coating application, or quality inspection in construction or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of roof paint types including acrylic, elastomeric, anti-corrosion, and UV-resistant coatings.
- Understanding of Tanzanian climate conditions and their impact on roofing materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards (TBS, ASTM, ISO).
2. Head of Corporate Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview
This senior leadership position requires a strategic professional capable of driving corporate sales performance, strengthening brand positioning, and expanding market reach. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, secure high-value business opportunities, and lead sales initiatives that position the company’s products as the preferred industry choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the company’s branding strategy, mission, and vision.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, including forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Use data insights to monitor performance, optimize KPIs, track competitors, and refine strategies for strong ROI.
- Drive multi-channel sales growth with targeted strategies across trade segments to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in selling and marketing building materials; roofing materials experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with corporate clients is an added advantage.
