Glass Export Customer Service Specialist at KEDA Glass Factory Tanzania November 2025

Position: Glass Export Customer Service Specialist 
Job Type: Full-time 
About the Role: 
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Glass Export Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management 
  • Act as the main contact person for Float Glass customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
2. Order Processing & Coordination 
  • Receive and process sales orders accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
3. Complaint Handling & Resolution
  • Log and follow up on customer complaints or returns.
  • Work with quality control and sales teams to resolve issues.
4. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and related sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
  • Provide regular sales and service reports to management.
5. Sales Support 
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for Float Glass products.
Other Duties 
  • Support planning for export markets: understanding export requirements, documentation, and customer needs.
  • Assist with VAT, duty drawback, or other tax or regulatory incentives or procedures, if applicable. 

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role or in customer service.
