Key Responsibilities:
⮚ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to each industry.
⮚ Assist in develop and implement sector-specific HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
⮚ Manage employee performance appraisal systems, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
⮚ Administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs aligned with occupation health and safety standards, labor laws, and financial regulations. ⮚ Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, labor laws, and financial regulations.
⮚ Maintain HR metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

⮚ Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict management skills, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
⮚ Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
⮚ Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret HR data and develop actionable insights.

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with strong hands-on accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, managing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and review daily financial transactions with proper allocation.
- File and classify supporting accounting documents and records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and correspondence.
- Manage cash inventory and perform reconciliations.
- Determine cut off transactions for an accurate closing.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Establish the annual financial statements with the external auditor. ∙ Monitor and process payments to creditors/ banks.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for management. ∙ Cross- check forms of invoices according to the taxes and Liberian law.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant practical experience in accounting roles (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work accurately, meets deadlines, and handles confidential information.
- Team-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
