Working Hours: 2:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 6 Days a Week 
Pay: Earn Unlimited Income through Commissions on Successful Sales!

JOB DESCRIPTION 
The Mattress Officer will ensure that Sales are ongoing, Customers are Satisfied, and the Store is Clean and Well-Organized Every Day, while Attracting New Customers with Professionalism and Modern Sales Techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and serve Customers with Hospitality, Respect and Professionalism.
• Provide Accurate and Attractive Information about: – Types, Quality, and Prices of Mattresses and Other Products.
• Help Customers Choose the Best Products According to Their Needs and Budgets.
• Record Sales Accurately and Maintain All EFD and Daily Sales Records.
• Ensure Store is Clean, Well Organized, and Products Are Attractively Displayed.
• Manage Stock, Receive New Products, and Report Shortages Early
• Achieving Sales Targets by using Innovation, Modern Methods and Social Media to attract New Customers.
• Implementing Leaders’ Instructions with Integrity and Working in Collaboration with a Passion for Success.

Qualifications & Requirements) 

• Form IV or Above.
• Good Fluency in Swahili and English.
• Experience in Sales, especially Home Products such as Mattresses or Furniture (Experience Will Be Given Priority).
• Proficiency in using EFD Machines and preparing Receipts, Proforma Invoice, Tax Invoice, and Delivery Note.
• Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• A good working mobile phone with Active Social Media Accounts.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Age between 18 to 25 years.
• Knowledge of the Morogoro Region Environment (preferred).
• Diligence, Honesty, and Willingness to work long hours and with dedication.
