About the Role
Sunda International is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tire & Spare Parts Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our automotive sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient management of inventory and pricing.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the tyre and automotive spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the tyres and spare parts sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s automotive market footprint.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock management, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in tyres, automotive spare parts, or related automotive sales.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Sales, Engineering, or Automotive discipline).
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock, drive resale of tyres/spare parts, and grow market share.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment.
