Position: Full-Time Sales Representative

Who We Are:
Blue Carbon is an international solar products company with headquarters in China and local stock and team in Tanzania. We specialize in solar street lights, lithium batteries, solar inverters, and related solutions. We are currently expanding in Tanzania and looking for a motivated and trustworthy Sales Representative to join our local team.
Your Main Tasks:
- Visit potential clients daily (contractors, dealers, distributors, NGOs, government projects, etc.)
- Identify business opportunities, collect client info, and promote our products
- Create and maintain client follow-up records
- Report your daily activity and performance
- Assist in closing deals with support from HQ team
✅ What We Expect:
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles preferred
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Able to work under pressure and with targets
- Self-disciplined, honest, and action-oriented
- Can start work immediately and visit clients in person daily
- Proficient with smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic reporting
