Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Qualifications for the Applicant:
- Must have completed at least Form Six Certificate
- Must have a certificate in sales and marketing, or a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field
- Experience in sales, especially in the beverage or fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, will be given priority
- Good communication, presentation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work hard without close supervision
- Having a driver’s license is an asset that will be considered
Job Responsibilities:
- Distribute and sell the company’s products in stores, markets, hotels, and social
- areas
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers
- Monitor market trends and competition, as well as provide suggestions for improving
- services
- Ensure product visibility at points of sale

- Receiving Goods: Unpacking, inspecting, and verifying that goods received are in accordance with purchase orders and shipping documents.
- Recordkeeping: Accurately recording all incoming and outgoing goods, reconciling daily records, and maintaining all relevant reports.
- Storage and Organization: Ensuring that goods are properly stored, the store remains clean and organized, and hygiene standards are observed.
- Monitor and maintain proper stock levels, identify products that need to be reordered, and conduct regular inventory audits

Qualifications for the Applicant:
- Must have completed at least Form Six Certificate
- Must have a certificate in accounting, or a diploma or Bachelor Degree in accounting or a related field
- Experience in accounting, especially in the beverage or FMCG sector, will be given priority
- Good ability to use computer programs such as (Ms Excel, Ms Word)
- Ability to work hard without close supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Closing accounts of sales people
- Receiving payment slips coming into the account (accounts statements) and verifying payment slips from sales people.
- Monitor the balance of the company accounts and balance the accounts on a daily basis
- Ensure that the supplier accounts are consistent and close with the office accounts.
- Prepare accounting statements on a weekly and monthly basis
