QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Exploration and Mining Geology/Geology.
- 4-6 years of experience in opencast mine geology.
- Knowledge of geological survey software.
- Ability to read and create maps.
- Familiarity with government mining regulations.
- Experience in mine planning.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed.
- Responsible for allocated job tasks.
- Maintain documentation and provide weekly MIS reports.
- Monitor land records, legal documents, and geological data.
- Handle unplanned work.
- Execute plans and procure as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Inspect lands.
- Focus on self-skill development.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English for communication and correspondence.
- Hands-on experience in applied geology and mine planning.
- Proficiency in mine planning software.
- Positive attitude and high integrity.
