3. Expression of Interest for Auto Repair and Maintenance at Good Neighbors August 2025

Expression of Interest for Auto Repair and Maintenance

Dear Service Providers,
Good Neighbors Tanzania (GNTZ) is a non-profit humanitarian and development organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities through sustainable development initiatives.
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced service providers to express their interest in providing auto repair and maintenance services for our fleet at the Head Office in Dar es Salaam, Boko Area near Chama, located alongside New Bagamoyo Road.

Scope of Services:

The selected service provider will be expected to deliver, but not be limited to, the following:

• Routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles (oil change, filter replacement, etc.)
• Mechanical and electrical repairs
• Supply and installation of genuine spare parts
• Vehicle inspection and diagnostics
• Emergency repair support
• Record-keeping and maintenance history management

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested firms must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Valid business license and registration in Tanzania
• Proven experience in providing professional auto repair and maintenance services
• Availability of qualified mechanics and technical staff
• Access to necessary diagnostic tools and equipment
• Capacity to service a variety of vehicle types (e.g., 4x4s, SUVs, pickups)
• Compliance with relevant safety and environmental standards

Submission Requirements:
Firms interested in participating are requested to submit their Expression of Interest including:

• Company profile highlighting relevant experience
• Copies of valid registration, licenses, and certifications
• Description of technical capabilities and available equipment
• List of current or previous clients (NGOs or similar institutions preferred)
• Contact details of the firm’s authorized representative

All EOIs must be submitted by 26thAugust 2025, either physically or via email to procurement@goodneighbors.or.tz with the subject line:

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THREE (3) COFFEE PULPING MACHINES (Ecological Coffee Wet Mills Compact Units (UCBES) IN MBOZI DISTRICT, SONGWE REGION]

1. Good Neighbors Tanzania invites sealed bids from qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply and delivery of coffee pulping machines. This includes supply, installation and trainings of CPU operators in the AMCOS.
2. Sealed application documents should be delivered at Goodneighbors Tanzania Office located in Mbozi District, Vwawa city, near the Regional offices (along Tazam road), Nselewa halmet, Mbozi District, Songwe region.
3. The interested tenderer may obtain further information from Good Neighbors Tanzania- Mbozi Project office, Administration Department during normal working hours 0800-1600hrs excluding public holidays through Mbozi@goodneighbors.or.tz  with copy to Procurement@goodneighbors.or.tz
