Position: HR & Administration Officer
Job Type: Full-time

Mwanza
Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production from raw materials to packaging.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and maintain product quality.
• Drive GMP initiatives and maintain quality assurance systems.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective actions.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing production team.
• Manage budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with engineering teams.
• Ensure adequate raw material and supply inventories.
• Set and review departmental goals, SOPs, and KPIs; prepare performance reports.
• Analyze data for improvements and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
• Registered professional engineer.
• 7+ years’ experience in beverage R&D and production management.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and strong communication skills.
