Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated People & Culture Officer to support the organisation in building a strong workplace culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and enhancing employee engagement. The role requires someone who is both proactive and approachable — able to foster trust with staff while managing HR processes effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation while supporting the organisation’s mission to create a positive and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities 
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding 
  • Support recruitment efforts to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure contracts and employee records are accurate and up to date. 
Employee Engagement & Culture 
  • Drive initiatives to keep employees motivated and engaged.
  • Support in organising team-building and staff welfare activities.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture. 
Employee Relations & Compliance 
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance to staff.
  • Support disciplinary processes in line with company policies and labour laws.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures where necessary.
HR Operations & Administration 
  • Maintain employee files, benefits, and HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and workplace standards.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and updates for management.

Qualifications & Competencies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven HR experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
  • Vibrant, approachable, and capable of managing a dynamic workforce.

Digital Marketing Officer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with experience in strengthening online presence and drive brand visibility through creative and impactful digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, designing digital materials, and executing campaigns that align with the organisation’s branding and growth objectives.
This role requires a creative and proactive individual with a passion for digital trends, content creation, and design.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Social Media & Content Creation 
  • Manage and grow the organisation’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging and original content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, and videos).
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for better engagement. 
Digital Campaigns & Branding 
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the organisation’s services and brand.
  • Design posters, graphics, and promotional materials using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms. 
Marketing Support & Visibility 
  • Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare digital marketing reports.
  • Research and recommend new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Competencies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related role.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and eye for design.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to multitask.

IT Support Manager

Reports to: Managing Director
Position Overview
The successful candidate will oversee company projects under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage Annual Software Maintenance Support (ASM) for both local and international ERP projects. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead and motivate the support team to achieve clear goals and targets.
  • Oversee timely service delivery and ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with SLAs for ERP support contracts.
  • Coordinate multiple support projects across diverse regions, maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
  • Analyze customer issue trends and recommend improvements to service and system performance.
  • Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the main support contact.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Participate in tender processes related to support services. 

Qualifications & Competencies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in ERP implementation and support.
  • At least 2 years’ proven experience as IT Support Manager or Customer Account Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as EPICOR, SAP, or similar.
  • Experience in system development and customization is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to manage both local and international projects, including travel outside Tanzania.
