Accounts Payable at The Residence Zanzibar April 2025
Position: Accounts Payable
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel financial systems such as Materials & SUN system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile account statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Handle all Accounts Payable queries.
  • Reconcile, file, and pay all statutory returns on time, as per the tax schedule.

Income Auditor

Position: Income Auditor
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an Income Auditor with the following qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare revenue journals for monthly general ledger posting.
  • Prepare daily revenue & rate check reports.
  • Audit the hotel’s daily revenue with source documents & reports.
  • Familiarity with hotel financial systems, i.e., Opera, Micros, & SUN system.
