Jobs Vacancies at Reveurse Tanzania Company Limited

The team at Reveurse deals with recruitment from permanent, specific and fixed recruitment and are highly trained on Human Resource laws and have consulted major companies on recruitment processes & human resource issues in general, creating a smooth operation for our clients. Applications are invited from suitable, qualified and experienced Tanzanians to fill the following vacant positions at Reveurse Tanzania Company Limited.

1. Drivers (80 position)
Arriving at work every Monday to Saturday,the driver will ensure that he or she is conducting a vehicle inspection, ensuring it is whole and walking on the road with all relevant permits such as: a fire sticker, insurance, Road license, Latra, and others. The driver will ensure that the vehicle has all the necessary equipment such as a Jack, Spaner, Spare tire, Fire extinguisher, triangle reflectors as well as a first aid box. The driver must ensure the vehicle is always in a clean condition. The vehicle will not be allowed to perform other functions outside of work order. Make sure the car always has fuel for all work activities and that fuel will be kept by the office.

The driver must be present when required by the office for a period Ensure that the vehicle is in safe and comfortable condition for work. Obey all rules and regulations set by the leadership. Follow and perform all duties that are in place and do not violate the procedures of the work and its leader. Inform the leader when faced with challenges or problems. Attending the garage all the time when your car is under maintenance without missing out. Perform your duties at the right time as directed by your supervisor. The driver will perform other duties that will be approved by the Administration.

2. Tracking Officers (5 Positions)
Control truck movement and schedule fleet operation.MPlan and control transfer and movement of vehicles between project locations, monitoring and communication formats for it. Coordinate movements implemented by third parties. Provide advice to the fleet manager to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user trends. Integrate daily security updates in setting up geofences and movement advice/restrictions for drivers. Compile monthly reports on movements e.g. areas visited, mileage, trends, issues, and vehicle usage including recommendations on adjustments of fleet, usage, policies Support awareness-raising of drivers to follow the rules, regulations, and SOPs.

Monitor and ensure the fleet operation complies with national laws and regulations. Prepare reports and raise issues such as violation of geofences, and speed limits. Ensure all incident reports are monitored, recorded, and followed up for fleet management. Immediately report all incidents regarding transportation to management. Continuously liaise and crosscheck operations with security risk management colleagues to ensure smooth client support. Take on other related tasks assigned by management. 3. Project QHSSE Inspectors (2 Positions)
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue. Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provides for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. Assists the Commercial and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work. Conducts safety audits both internal and external.

Takes part in accident/incident investigation. Carries out analysis of accident/incident statistics, identifying trends, and suggesting improvement plans. Provide technical support to Senior Management on any safety-related subjects. Carries out any in-house safety training. Carries out safety audits on Subcontractors. Liaises with Clients on safety-related issues. Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs. Participates in all meetings that need safety precautions. Performs Risk Assessment. Preparation of Health and Safety documentation when needed in the project. Provide safety support and advice, including supervision on the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities. start-up
