Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive at our company, you'll be tasked with a range of responsibilities
aimed at both generating new business and maintaining our strong reputation in the advertising industry.
Drawing upon your proven sales experience from marketing, creative, signage, promotions, or ground
activation sectors, you will prospect and convert new clients, develop compelling proposals, and drive the
sales process to close. This position demands excellent communication skills, a strong business sense, and
an understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales,
you will contribute to our dynamic team and play a key role in our growth

• Prospect for potential new clients and convert them into increased business opportunities.
• Implement effective lead generation strategies and identify potential clients within targeted markets.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
• Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
• Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan to meet these.
• Collaborate with team to develop proposals that meet the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in the marketing, creative, signage industry, promotions, or ground activation sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
