JOB TITLE: PLUMBER
JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM AND MBEYA

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Plumber shall be vested with the following responsibilities:
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties or sites
• Inspect plumbing tools and systems at commercial and residential sites
• Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various
plumbing systems a company installs and maintains
• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that
all installed systems pass inspections
• Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction
• Communicate well with team members and fellow employees
• Manage a work log
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
• Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients
• Performing any other duty assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Must be have Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing
➢ Have experience and ability to communicate with different government officials
➢ MUST be conversant using Computer (MS Word and Excel)
➢ Approach every task with impeccable attention to details and documentations.
➢ Ability and skills to negotiate the best deal for pricing.
