Job Purpose:
This function entails expertise in implementations and project management as well as practical understanding of the overall cash management (payments, collection and liquidity), trade and supply chain solutions to drive improved deal cycle times and enhance revenue realization. Responsible to embed on-boarding processes, financing propositions and governance within related policy and regulatory framework.

Strategic Focus
  • Support the Senior Manager to evaluate the current competitive environment of Transaction Banking products; identify key market opportunities by working closely with stakeholders from relevant Units and departments.
  • Clearly understand the business unit's strategy and clients' needs to appropriately offer expected solutions.
  • Timely design and develop products in consultation with market research team and ICT innovation team.
  • Develop product test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in consultation with technical innovation team for each product development under the area of focus.
  • Keep updating the product & Implementation pipeline as new projects are identified and existing projects are closed to keep track of new and closed projects.
  • Control and quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policies.
  • Liaise with business units, operational and support functions to design and deliver appropriate training relating to transaction banking products.
  • Address any business process failures specific to the department under management.
  • Oversee products performance and suggest possible ways to improve revenues and customer satisfaction.
  • Preparation of products performance reports.
  • Perform profitability analysis of various product lines offered to wholesale clients.
  • Working with ICT team and other relevant key stakeholders to implement banking solution to customers.
  • Designing of Transactional related banking products and solutions that are aligning with the bank's strategy.
People Focus
  • Conducting trainings on the operation of the newly product and solutions to key stakeholders who are expected to drive sales to customers.
  • Teamwork with internal and external project team on the implementation of projects to meet client's expectations.
  • Work with stakeholders to address customer production issues from product owners' point of view.
  • Work with process team to document process flow for all introduced products and solutions.
  • Ensure product programs are in place and document product programs for all new products offered to clients.
  • Ensure support models are made available for any solution offered to clients for easy reference by the support team.
  • Prepare solution concept documents and present to relevant committees for attaining approvals for implementation and launching of the solution.
  • Make solution presentation to clients on the proposed solution and the bank's capability on offering digital solutions.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

  • Design product and solution concepts and seek approvals for implementation in line with the Governance.
  • Drive compliance awareness leads operational risk and governance framework within Transaction Banking.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on root cause analysis and resolution of incidents including risk related.
  • Support periodical review of internal policies, product programs, procedures, and compliance of regulations.
  • Remain abreast of developments in Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Trade Based Money Laundering (TBML) risks and mitigants.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for the designed and offered solution.
  • Work with legal to document commercial contracts for the products, services and solutions offered to clients.
  • Work with compliance team to ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered for the solution offering to clients.

MEP Systems Engineer (1 Position(s))
Job Location:

Job Purpose:
To plan, organize and deliver cost effective and efficient data centers MEP Systems i.e., cooling, power and fire detection that meet and exceed business and customers' expectations (availability, performance, security, and continuous improvement).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain updated inventory of all mechanical systems assets installed in data centers, branches, Cash Collection Points (CCP) and offsite ATMs and their maintenance history.
  • Daily monitoring, troubleshooting, resolve or escalate to vendors incidents related to the Data Centers Power (Utility feeds, Electrical Systems, Generator systems, UPS, battery strings, etc.), HVAC Systems, Fuel oil Systems, BMS, DCIM, Physical security, access control & other low and Extra Low Voltage systems.
  • Coordination, planning and execution of routine maintenance tasks.
  • Inspect data centers facilities and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
  • Provide statistics and reports to aid in management decisions.
  • Operational support for customers through the provisioning of rack space, requesting data communications connections, and deploying IT infrastructure into the rack space.
  • Supervise new installations, maintenance, repair and testing of mechanical systems, equipment, facilities, and components of electrical systems used by the bank in data centers, branches, Cash Collection Points (CCP) and offsite ATMs to ensure that they are done correctly according to technical specifications, international standards, safety, and bank requirements.
  • Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure compliance to the original design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Investigate mechanical failures and suggest effective and efficient solutions to the line manager and respective vendor.
  • Proactively monitor mechanical and electrical systems parameters and suggest modifications / improvements and upgradations to the line manager.
  • Ensure effective routine and emergency maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems is always conducted by respective vendor to keep the systems in good working condition.
  • Minimize operational costs associated with first level support and Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) of all mechanical and electric systems done by respective vendors.
  • Produce various daily, weekly, and monthly reports of mechanical and electrical systems performance to the line manager.
  • Manage all facility services related to power, cooling, and building services including risk identification, incident response and customer support.
  • Manage and execute internal corporate and technical policies and procedures.
  • Witness testing of all equipment during startup with construction/installation representatives.
  • Respond on an as-needed basis to incidents and emergencies - such as physical security, cooling, fire alarms, etc., 24 x 7, and arrange for backup when not available within SLA.
  • Implement and enforce corporate safety, health and environmental policies, including activities of external contractors.
  • Manage stock level to ensure spare part min/max levels are met at all times.
  • Update the maintenance SOPs, processes, and checklists to increase its applicability.
  • Interface directly with construction projects team, contractors, and engineering consultants to identify key project concerns and cost issues.
  • Design and review HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, and sprinkler systems for various projects using AutoCAD.
