QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Maximum of 5 to 7 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas company.
➢ Hold a diploma or B.Sc. Degree in Engineering
➢ Have relevant experience in the construction and operation of petrol/natural gas stations.
➢ Solid project management background is a must, a certificate of PMP or equivalent is preferable.
➢ Familiar with all CRB and TBS standards
➢ Good knowledge and connections with suppliers and subcontractors in the local market.
➢ Fluent in English and Swahili, Spoken and written.
➢ Self-motivated, driven and committed to success.
➢ Knowledge of project management, general business practices, accounting concepts, and language

Reveurse Tanzania Company Limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for a “Project
Engineer” urgently.
Recommended:
RESPONSIBILITIES.
➢ To manage all site daily activities including different stakeholders involved.
➢ To deliver all assigned projects on time and within scope and budget.
➢ To deliver accurate periodical and progress reports according to targets.
➢ To plan, forecast, and mitigate all project risks, milestones, and deliverables.
➢ To ensure the implementation of adequate HSE procedures during the life cycle of the project.
➢ To resolve any conflicts that may occur at the site.
➢ To Procure any needed materials on-site as needed.
SKILLS / COMPETENCIES.
➢ Hold a B.Sc. Degree in Engineering
➢ Have relevant experience of 5 to 7 years in the construction and operation of petrol/natural gas stations.

➢ Experience in dealing with government stakeholders is preferable.

➢ Knowledge of project management, general business practices, accounting concepts, and language
➢ Competence in managing the end-to-end site and field operations including consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, gov. stakeholders.
➢ Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
➢ Excellent in using Microsoft Office packages (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
➢ Good knowledge of using MS Project Office or Primavera software
➢ Representative and adhere to the organization’s code of ethics.
➢ Able to generate status reports, and minutes of meetings, for all related tasks.
