On behalf of our national based client Worley, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the following positions:
Recommended:

1. Site Services Manager
The Site Services Manager will manage the efficient and effective delivery of site sendees and functional support sendees of procurement, human resources, industrial relations, training, logistics, transportation, aviation, administration, and travel, accommodation for the EACOP Project, resolve problems, and direct activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives. Provide mentoring and participate in staff performance evaluations. Identify and implement training requirements; proven experience within EPCM Industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

A Degree/Diploma qualified in a Managerial/Engineering/Construction discipline and preferably with a Professional/Master accreditation in Project Management/Business administration. 20 years’ experience in the construction management industry within site sendees and similar senior leadership roles, a minimum 10 years of oil & gas experience in the management and delivery of significant international onshore pipeline projects (more thanlBillionUSD)

2. Support Services Lead
The Support Sendees Lead will be take full ownership of the performance of sendees provided by local sendee partners and local service contractors. Ensuring local partners and local contractors receive instruction and guidance enabling them to understand the outcomes required to deliver sendees in accordance with contracts. Develop and implement a local partner and local contractor, PEER review schedule for monitoring performance, engage with other project stakeholders including Project Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Contracts, HSE, Quality and Engineering; Be able to work within a multi-cultural business environment; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

A minimum of 10 years construction and operational support experience, with at least 5 years managing Suppliers and Contractors in remote locations, preferably in Africa throughout the Oil & Gas sector.

3. Support Services Technical Lead
The Support Services Technical Lead will ensure local partners and local contractors receive instruction and guidance enabling them to understand the outcomes required to deliver services in accordance with contracts. Reviewing, developing and enhancing processes for the effective and efficient delivery of services throughout the project (both Tanzania and Uganda). Engaging with other project stakeholders including Project Management, Construction Management, Procurement, Contracts, HSE, Quality and Engineering; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Be able to work within a multi-cultural business environment.

A minimum of 15 years construction and operational support experience, with at least 10 years reviewing and designing processes to support project delivery, preferably in Africa throughout the Oil & Gas sector.

4. Talent Acquisition Lead, Tanzania & Uganda
Talent Acquisition Lead will drive the performance of the in-country, TA delivery across both Tanzania & Uganda locations; deliver outstanding, agile support while ensuring the changing wider business aims are achieved. Collaborate and engage effectively with the wider EACOP TA team to promote workload sharing and ensure TA receive sufficient support in order to meet project and business needs. Development of in country TA strategy and initiatives to address regional issues such as Nationalization. Drive diversity in candidate slates, interview shortlists and hires in line with broader company D&I targets. Promote the use of Taleo and other TA related systems throughout the region in order to produce regular and accurate TA related reports; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

Minimum of 15 years engineering services TA experience, either in- house or for an agency with a consulting focus

5. Crisis Management & Emergency Response Manager
The Crisis Management & Emergency Response Manager will work with the EPcmC R3 and company management teams’ in-country to finalize the crisis and emergency management plans. Address feedback from Company and ensure plans are fit for purpose; Plan and implement the crisis and emergency management programme across the project from corporate down to site level, ensuring a fully integrated approach between company and EPcmC(IPMT). Work with Company contractors to ensure their emergency management plans are aligned and support the development of bridging documentation where required. Set a baseline for company contractors if required; Schedule and deliver a series of workshops and progressively more complex exercises to incident management, emergency response and crisis management teams at both project and corporate level. Lead on development of a project-specific Business Continuity Plan (BCP), supported by EPcmC R3; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

10 years’ experience in emergency management related field.10 years’ experience in industry (project specific) related field

6. Field Engineering Lead
The Field Engineering Lead will work to develop and maintain a successful field engineering team. He/she will work with the Engineering Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the construction management team are supported by engineering during the construction / execution phase. They will be the focal point for the interface between the Engineering Group and the construction group, whilst assisting the delivery managers in solving technical problems that may arise during project execution and for interfacing/supporting the other disciplines. Develop and manage the as-built procedure for the project, directly supporting the EPcmC staff & the CONTRACTORS ensuring delivery of the pipeline and associated AGI, EITS and MST facilities are on-time and to budget; proven experience within EPCM industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
Recommended:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical). Minimum of 15 years’ experience required in Oil & Gas Pipeline construction projects with a further of 5 years in similar position as field engineering lead in projects of similar scale and complexity.

7. H&S Lead
H&S Lead will provide HSE expertise, guidance and support to both the field and location office. Assist and support the project by tracking project specific deliverables, assurance activities, identify H&S Gaps and ensure the closure thereof. They will facilitate incident investigations and assurance with regards to actions identified, manage and maintain field HSE teams; proven experience within EPCM Industry or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

NEBOSH Certificate as minimum / 10 years Project HSE exposure, More than 5 years oil & gas projects and the ability to implement and maintain an HSE program in a Brownfield environment at least l Oyears.

8. Commercial and Administration Manager
The Commercial and Administration Manager will be responsible for numerous financial activities in the organization including various planning and control tasks, consolidation, and reporting. He/she will manage a team and will report to the Head of Finance. The Commer­cial and Administration Manager plays a critical role in implementing and optimizing the group policies and procedures in addition to compliance and taxation, they will manage all aspects of financial performance reporting and commercial finance support activities for EACOP Project in Tanzania; proven experience within EPCM Indus­try or equivalent proprietary management systems and associated desktop applications for project delivery; provide on the job training and coaching to local content personnel, liaising either directly or indirectly with training providers to ensure training is provided and performance monitoring of such; Competency within industry applications such as Aconex, SharePoint, Adobe, MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;

Degree/Diploma in Accounting /Finance/ qualified accountant or equivalent experience or QBE. 10-15 years’ experience of which 5 years of experience in Management position.
