a. Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, constructing, construction, building, or related field
b. More than 3 years of related experience is required
c. Considerable experience in a similar position
d. Project management skills
4. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Duty & responsibility
l Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain warehouse inventory
l Responsible for the issuance of materials and supplies to all departments in the organization
l Ensure all materials in order in the warehouse
l Scrutinize all deliveries and ensure that defective or incorrect items are returned
l Key departmental orders into the inventory management system
Carry out minor maintenance or repair of storeroom material
l Responsible for the preparation of requisitions for supplies and materials
l Responsible for the maintenance of inventory of parts and equipment on hand
l Keep documentation of materials and supplies issued
l stock taking monthly
