Direct Sales Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Writing quotations and negotiating with clients
  • Preparing premium schedule
  • Collecting background information and assessments of risk
  • To process all customer requests immediately and follow up regularly
  • Researching competitive products
  • Renewing/amending existing policies for clients
  • Premium collection for both motor and non – motor
  • Sales visits and relationship building with clients
  • Coordinating good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
  • Advising clients on claim procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Several years of experience either professionally or through work internship
  • A bachelor degree in insurance or business related fields will be an added advantage.
  • Well developed written and oral communication skills to effectively talk to customers.
