CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute innovation plan based on the innovation strategy and vision ensuring Return on investment
• Innovatively delivering value for customers and business.
• Prepare documentations for the execution of ideas track and reports for every innovation idea.
• Build efficiency business relationships and partnerships with stakeholders
• Conduct analysis for the innovation initiatives designed to improve quality of service or internal processes.
• Architecting ideas to the next generational designs strategies by visualizing ideas through strategic visions, value propositions, ecosystem blueprints, evaluation frameworks, customer journeys, interactive prototypes, and user experience toolkits.
• Managing and deliver innovation projects end to end.
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILL, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Economics, Engineering, and related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in Mobile Financial Services, Business development or Technical
• Proven track record of success in Project Management.
• Updated with latest technology development are disrupting the world today
• Exposure to global trends in Fintech
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership abilities in leading cross functional team.
