Tanzania League of the Blind is a registered civil society organization which was formed by persons with visual impairment in 1964 and was registered in 1972. The organization is committed to improve the quality of life of people with visual impairment in Tanzania through lobbying and advocacy; awareness raising; information sharing; facilitating access to education and vocational training; and economic empowerment.

Currently, TLB is implementing a project called “ajira kwa wote” which si funded by Foundation for Civil Society. In ensuring the project is well implemented, the organization is advertising the following consultancies:
Expert in developing an employability toolkit.
TLB is looking for a skilled person who will develop an employability toolkit which will be used as an employability model to employers in the country.

- Vast knowledge on employment of persons with disabilities especially those with visual impairment in the country,
- Have demonstrated experience in developing training toolkits,

- Vast knowledge on UNCRPD and the persons with disabilities act of Tanzania.
- Trainer on employability skills
