Senior Software Developer (2 Position(s)
Job Purpose:

To collaborate with a team of software developers in studying bank operations; designing, build, test and install software solutions or modify/upgrade existing applications; support and develop software to meet key business goals.
The goal is to develop new products quickly or modify existing ones with flexibility, hence improving time to market and internal processes as opposed to customization or implementation of off-the-shelf core systems that are expensive and take longer to go to the market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in systems/projects scoping, design, and pricing exercises as part of the development and business teams' processes.
  • Work with Senior Manager Applications Development to ensure resource utilization targets are met.
  • Responsible for bringing together components, software subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together by
  • Studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas.

Relationship Manager Mortgage (2 Position(s))
Job Purpose:

Required to grow Mortgage financing portfolio; Ensure the product is well positioned in the Market; Manage the end-to-end relationship of key stakeholders; Ensure the segment provides tailor made mortgage solutions which carters for the needs of the segment; Design sales strategies and ensure smooth execution for the growth of portfolio across the network.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer segment needs and ensure development of appropriate tailor-made mortgage solutions.
  • Ensure well defined and seamless process on the mortgage lending solutions to customers.
  • Proactively nurture and leverage sustainable, robust stakeholder relationships, coalitions and network internally and externally (Committees, Government Bodies/Officials, regulators, Banks, Community and Private entities).
  • Ensure strategic agenda is delivered to the required standard in order to drive different mortgage financing options (Purchase, Construction, Refinancing, Semi Finished and others).

Manage the end to end Relationship of scheme/ employers with the key focus to provide attractive lending solutions. Design action plans for the personal lending and ensure smooth execution across the network.

  • Designing the annual action planning for the mass lending and ensure it is executed by the relationship managers and the branches.
  • Prepare budget for the Mass lending segment to the desired level and standard of the Bank.

Job Purpose:

Job Location - Northern Zone, Arusha
To market agribusiness MSMEs products and services to grow assets and liabilities; generate leads, processing and assessing MSMEs agri-credit applications, reviewing credit appraisals from Relationship Managers in Zones and Branch Relationship Officers.
Analyze performance of all agri-MSMEs in a mandated area of operation against set budget and ensure compliance with quality standards of the agri-loans.

Advice the Head, Agribusiness Retail on implications and corrective measures for any business anomalies. In view of the job purpose the Relationship Manager is expected to put forward business propositions and support product development team in modelling new products and services that fits agribusiness customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare action plan for implementation and achievement of assets and liabilities budget objectives for his/her area of operation i.e. Northern zone.
  • Review and advise the Bank on its pricing policy for agri-loan products and services from time to time based on feedback from the field.
  • Come up with initiatives to improve customers' engagement platforms such as Business clubs, Agri Executive network and related Agri events.
  • Monitor and supervise all MSMEs Agri-loans issued and disbursed in his/her area of operation/zone to ensure good and quality portfolio.
  • Timely prepare periodical and ad hoc evaluation reports on Agri-MSMEs performance on assets and liabilities
  • Plan, prepare and review marketing strategies for new and existing Agri-loan products from time to time.
  • Monitor and ensure that all MSMEs Agri-loan products delivery processes are working properly and provide advice to the Head of Agri Retail for any improvement needed.
  • Review credit appraisals from Relationship Officers that require Retail or Wholesale CREDCOs decision.
  • Assist branches and zones to prepare budgets for Agri-MSMEs assets and liabilities.
  • Train and coach Relationship Officers on various business best practices and processes in evaluating and assessing Agri-Loan applicants.
