Job Description
1.
Good Neighbors Tanzania has set aside funds towards the cost of
Drilling, Equipping and construction of borehole at Fukayosi secondary
school in Bagamoyo District, Pwani.
2. Tender Board of Good
Neighbors Tanzania invites sealed tenders from eligible DRILLING
CONTRACTORS for the Drilling, Equipping and construction of borehole at
Fukayosi secondary school in Bagamoyo District, Pwani.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and
inspect the Tendering documents at the office of Good
Neighbors-Tanzania, Head Office, Plot No. 2047, Block ‘K’, Boko Chama,
P.o. Box 33104 Dar es Salaam Phone: +255735991530 from 0800 to 1600
hours local time, Monday to Friday, except on Public Holidays.
4. A
complete set of tendering documents in ENGLISH may be purchased by
interested bidders upon submission of a written application at Good
Neighbors Head Office. After submission of a written application,
bidders will be given bank account detail for payment of a
non-refundable fee of Tsh 100,000/= and be required to submit
bank deposit slip.

5. The bid in one original plus two copy,
enclosed in separate plain inner envelope and marked ‘Original’ and
‘Copy’ as appropriate, sealed in one plain outer envelope, properly
addressed to “THE SECRETARY TENDER BOARD –GOOD NEIGHBORS TANZANIA; P.O. Box 33104, DAR ES SALAAM". And clearly marked as follows:
“DRILLING,
EQUIPPING & CONSTRUCTION OF BOREHOLE AT FUKAYOSI SECONDARY SCHOOL
IN BAGAMOYO DISTRICT, PWANI.DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 27/03/2020 AT 1100 HOURS
LOCAL TIME”.

6. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after tender opening. Tenders shall be delivered to “The SECRETARY TENDER BOARD –GOOD NEIGHBORS TANZANIA; P.O. Box 33104, DAR ES SALAAM on or before 30/03/2020 at 1000 hours. Tenders shall be opened shortly thereafter at the same address in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend.
7. Telegraphic, Telex, Telefax and applications which are received late will not be accepted. Bids not received and not opened at public opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance and will be returned unopened.
