OVERVIEWT-MARC Tanzania is a non-profit Tanzanian organization working to improve public health and promote social development. Our socially marketed products and behavior change communication initiatives address pertinent health issues in family planning and reproductive health, child survival, water and sanitation, nutrition and communicable/non-communicable infections like malaria, HIV/AIDS and cervical cancer.
T-MARC through USESA grows the total market for priority health products by applying social enterprise responsibly: focusing on increasing users, reducing inequities, mitigating risks of crowding out the commercial sector, and sharing evidence and learning with all stakeholders.
Position: Zonal Manager
Reports to: Social Enterprise Director
Location: Mwanza
Broad Function
This position is responsible for the day-to-day sales activities, develop strategies to achieve annual sales targets, Debt collection and assess the sales & distribution team for continuous improvement, maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders such as regional distributors, wholesalers and ensuring key deliverables are met.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, MBA is an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in sales and distribution preferably FMCG industry and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently, with a tangible outcome.
Position: Business Analyst
Reports to: Social Enterprise Director
Location: Dar es Salaam
Broad Function
The incumbent is responsible for the design and tracking T-MARC sustainability key performance indicators; business performance analysis, guidance in cost analysis and optimization, macro and micro trend analysis, recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; identification and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards, increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools, perform market research, business intelligence and industry benchmarking.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field. Ability to support business transition and helping to establish change. Knowledge and experience in business dynamics domestically and Internationally is valuable.

Position: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Social Enterprise Director
Location: Dar es Salaam
Broad Function
This position is accountable for developing and managing the implementation of the Marketing and Brand strategy for the organization. The position covers the full marketing mix; strategic planning, market research and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Holder of bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBAA minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing field and with demonstrable track record of delivering consistently excellent, integrated marketing campaigns with tangible outcomes. Demonstrable experience in marketing and Sales, and building customer loyalty is key.
Position: Procurement Specialist
Reports to: Senior Procurement Manager
Location: Dares Salaam
Broad Function
Under the directions of Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for seeking quality services, works or products to meet the needs and goals of the organization and acquire them at acceptable cost. Must thoroughly understand the policy issues and risks associated with procurement (Local & international) process to ensure that they are all covered for the benefit of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Holder of Bachelor of Procurement and supply chain management or equivalent with 5 years working experience. Experience in sourcing both pharmaceuticals, medical devices and equipment will be an added advantage.

Position : Business Development Manager

Broad Function
Develop and operationalize a resource mobilization strategy for T-MARC Tanzania. Identify grant and other fund-raising opportunities that are in line with the organizations ‘mandate. Lead the development and packaging of grant proposals and other fund-raising activities. The position is also responsible for the development, maintenance and expansion of partnerships with funders, clients and other strategic collaborators.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences or Related Field with a minimum five years’ experience developing and implementing successful resource mobilization strategies. Knowledge of Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage.
Position : Accountant
Reports to: Finance Manager
Location : Dares Salaam
Broad Function
Documents financial transactions by entering account information. The incumbent is responsible for receiving all sales order and product requests, conducting and developing month end reconciliation reports of all sales and cash deposits.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or closely related field plus five years of relevant, progressively experience, preferably. Experience with U.S. government rules and regulations and experience working in NGO environment desirable. CPA is an added advantage.
Position : Sales Representatives (6)
Reports to : Zonal Manager
Locations : Kilimanjaro (1), Iringa (1), Kahama (1), Dodoma (1) & Dar es Salaam (2)
Broad Function
Sales representative is responsible for achieving and meeting agreed annual target on Sales Volume, income generation, coverage and penetration. Personal contact and secures new business accounts/customers.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate degree or its equivalent with at least six (6) months of experience in the sales and distribution preferably FMCG sector. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Having a valid driver’s license
